How is my AB AETERNO watch packaging?: All AB AETERNO watches came in an elegant box, with watch pillow and screwdrivers set, without warranty paper or any extra cards for sustainable reason. Follow our SUSTAINABLE program.
How can i change the links to fit my wrist?: Change the links of AB AETERNO watches is very simple and easy with screwdrivers set!! You can find instruction how to shorten the wrist-band on the Customer Care.
Can i change the battery?: Of course, the battery can be changed! You can find instruction how to change it on Customer Care.
Are AB AETERNO watches water resistant?: No they are not water resistant, they are splash proof.
Are AB AETERNO watches hypoallergenic?: AB AETERNO wants to make you 100% satisfied with your purchase; if you should change your mind for any reason, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange your items.
We will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase merchandise. Returned items must be in new condition, unworn and undamaged.

Does AB AETERNO offer a warranty on its products?: All AB AETERNO watches are covered by 12 months warranty.

The warranty covers damages to the materials from original production only. The warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear of the watch, with damages resulting from exposure to water and fire; the warranty does not cover any damages caused by misuse, negligence or impact that result in denting or breaking the lens case or for the wrist band, along with the watch being lost or stolen.The natural wooden alternation of colour and/or material, the life of the battery and watch case are not cover by the warranty.

You will not find the warranty paper in the AB AETERNO box for our support to the SUSTAINIBILITY Program.
